Child safety standards
Lovida is an adults-only community for people aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited absolutely, and these standards apply to every member and every part of the app.
What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn or generated imagery.
- Any sexual content involving a minor, and sexualising a minor in any way.
- Grooming, soliciting a minor, or using Lovida to reach a minor.
- Sextortion and trafficking.
- Any person under 18 holding a Lovida account.
How to report
- In the app: open the member's profile, or use the report control during a call or chat, and choose Report.
- By email: write to supportlovida@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety report". Do not attach or forward illegal imagery. Describe it and give the member's name or user ID instead.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
What we do
Where we confirm CSAE we remove the content, permanently terminate the account with no appeal, report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the equivalent national body, and cooperate with law enforcement. We terminate and delete any account we establish belongs to a minor.
