Adults only, verified
18+ with date-of-birth checks at registration. An account found to belong to a minor is terminated and its data deleted.
Calls are not recorded
Live video is encrypted in transit between the two of you. We keep connection diagnostics, never the picture or the sound.
Zero tolerance for abuse
Nudity, harassment, fraud and impersonation end an account. Any child sexual abuse or exploitation is reported to the authorities, with no appeal.

Is Lovida free to use?
Lovida is free to download and includes free daily video matches and free chats. Longer calls, gifts and some premium features use coins, which you can buy through Google Play.
Do you record video calls?
No. Live video is transmitted between the two people on the call and is not recorded or stored. We keep technical session information such as start time, duration and connection quality so we can diagnose faults and act on safety reports.
What is the minimum age?
Lovida is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We verify date of birth at registration, and accounts found to belong to a minor are terminated and their data deleted.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account, then Delete account, in the app. You can also email supportlovida@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. Your profile stops being visible within 48 hours and your data is removed from production systems within 30 days.
Can I get a refund on coins?
Coins are bought through Google Play, so refunds are handled by Google under its refund policy. Contact us at supportlovida@gmail.com if coins were charged but never credited and we will put that right.
